Background

At the onset of the pandemic, ExperiencePoint needed a way to help clients continue running collaborative innovation workshops in a fully virtual environment. This challenge gave rise to Impact by ExperiencePoint, a design sprint workshop reimagined for remote delivery. The goal was to translate the proven effectiveness of in-person design thinking experiences into a digital format that could scale globally while still feeling fast, hands-on, and human.

Designed to be modular, being able to be delivered all at once, or in chunks

Approach

Working as Product Design Lead, the team drove a rapid 0→1 product development process. We leaned on guerrilla testing and co-creation with facilitators, participants, and sponsors — piloting components internally and with client users in real-world settings. Through intense iteration, virtual collaboration, and constant validation, we shaped the workshop experience into something that was not only viable online but also uniquely engaging for distributed teams.
